Since launching in 2018, elliott's aim has been to create comfortable and stylish sneakers, whilst supporting initiatives to protect the planet.

The brand goes one step further than achieving net zero carbon emissions, creating an actual environmental benefit by removing additional carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Each pair of elliotts helps our planet with a climate positive offset of 1 tonne of CO2.

You can keep your elliott’s looking nice and new using one of the following methods.

    1. Laundry Detergent - this method works great on your vegan suede navy elliotts!

    What You Need

    • A soft bristled brush/old toothbrush
    • 1 scoop of mild laundry detergent - non-bio is best 1 bowl of warm water
    • A clean, damp cloth Paper towels/a clean, dry cloth

Step 1: Mix the laundry detergent into the bowl of water.

Step 2: Using the soft brush or old toothbrush, gently scrub the shoes in circular motions until they are completely covered.

Step 3: Using the damp cloth, wipe the shoes down

Step 4: Pat the excess water away using the paper towels or dry cloth - do not towel the shoes - and leave to air dry.

HINT: For tougher stains on light colored shoes, dip an old toothbrush into some toothpaste - whitening is great, but any would do - and scrub the stains in circular motions.

Wipe down with the damp cloth, and leave to air dry.

Again, to help the shoes hold their shape, stuff with paper towels, or white printer paper - do not use any paper with ink, as the ink is likely to run, and stain your shoes.

    2. Baking Soda

    What You Need

    • A soft bristled brush/an old toothbrush
    • 1 tablespoon warm water
    • 1 tablespoon baking soda
    • A clean, damp cloth
    • Paper towels/a clean dry cloth

Step 1: Mix the baking soda and water until you get a smooth paste.

Step 2: Using your soft brush or old toothbrush, dip into the paste and gently scrub your elliotts in round circular motions until the shoes are completely covered.

Step 3: Leave them to dry for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4: Clap the shoes together to get the excess dust off. Using the damp cloth, gently rinse the shoes.

Step 5: Pat the excess water away using the paper towels or dry cloth - do not towel the shoes - and leave to air dry.

Repeat steps 2 to 5 if tougher stains remain.

HINT: To help the shoes hold their shape, stuff with paper towels, or white printer paper - do not use any paper with ink, as the ink is likely to run, and stain your shoes.

REMEMBER: It is always best to unlace your shoes and wash the laces separately; just stick them in the washing machine, and they are good to go!
