DELIVERY

Delivery costs are included in the total price of your purchase for the Europe region (UK+EU).

The delivery location and shipping times of your purchase will vary depending on the brand and designer of the garment.

Specific details regarding the shipping delivery times and shipping location is available in each product page under the tab "DELIVERY".  

Once an order has been dispatched, our Designers will send out a shipping notification with a tracking number so that you can track your orders from there. ​​

Taxes, custom duties are not included in the price.

RETURNS

If a garment does not suit you or does not meet your expectations you can return it within a period of 30 days.

To successfully process your return and proceed with the reimbursement, send an email to hello@whatonearthofficial.com with the relevant information about your order and we will gladly assist you. 

Some products offer free returns, but not all. Return information about each garment is available under the tab "DELIVERY" of each product page.
